Abisoye Oluwaseun Fadahunsi is a practicing lawyer, ADR practitioner and a company secretary. She works as a legal officer at the Federal Ministry of Finance ,Budget and National Planning where she handles ADR matters, Litigation , legal drafting of agreement between the Federal Government and International Cooperation/ Donor agencies., She has keen interest on matters concerning The Corporate law , commercial law and International Law. She is passionate about children, youths and young professionals that is why been in the public service doesn’t limit her horizon.

Abisoye has made presentations at different fora on issues relating to corporate law and practice in Nigeria. She has served on several committees relating to the corporate and legal practice within and outside Nigeria. She has also represented the federal government in severally at working groups on corporate and economic development and legal issues relating to federal ministry of budget and economic planning.

She has over the years, participated in the drafting of key legislations, Policies, regulations and guideline in Nigeria where She has been able to exhibit her corporate governance skills effectively thereby, contributing to the development of the country in this regard. Worthy of note is in this regard is her contribution to, and efforts on the Vision 20: 20, ERGP and the recent standard of operation of NGO in Nigeria and the Vision 20: 20

She serves as company secretary to various companies in different sectors of the economy including petroleum and real estate agencies. Etc. She is presently the company secretary of various organizations among which is Paylode services Limited, Segams and Carica Limited, Green and Green Petrochemical Limited and so many others .

She belongs to some professional Bodies among which are the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria where she is the outgoing Assistant Secretary of the Institute. Also, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK where she is the current Vice Chairman of the Nigeria branch and also the Chairperson for the Abuja Chapter for the YMG. Also a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, ICC Young Members Forum, Africa Arbitration Young Members Forum and Institute of Chartered Mediation and Conciliation. She has great passion for reading, Travelling, event planning and networking.
